Goods Returned to The U.S. or Hawaii Store

Return of Goods purchased on the US website
Items purchased on the US website can be returned either to the Uniqlo warehouse or to the Uniqlo store. The Uniqlo Return Policy has the following return procedure for the USA.
Return to Warehouse
Goods purchased online have a ship date on their packing list. Such goods can be returned to the warehouse up to 30 days from this ship date. If the goods are sent for alterations, the customer must be collect the altered goods with a valid receipt or ID.
